Our founders bring to the table experience in precision tool and die making and industrial maintenance, bringing a unique perspective to the manufacturing industry. The company was founded on Precision, Punctuality, and Relationships.  

Spencer Weddle is the Co-Owner of Superior Mechanical, a company he is passionately dedicated to growing. As a fourth-generation millwright, Spencer brings a rich heritage and deep expertise to his work. He is CAD and CAM certified, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of technological advancements in his field. Beyond his professional achievements, Spencer is a devoted husband and father, balancing his family life with his business endeavors. His dedication to both his family and his business exemplifies his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.

Jordan Thompson is the Co-Owner of Superior Mechanical, at 33 years old, he brings a wealth of expertise as a second-generation tool and die maker. Hailing from a small town in northern Missouri, he is dedicated to continuing my family’s legacy in the industry. Beyond my professional life, a proud husband and father, committed to both his family and his business. He understands the importance of balance between family and business, this commitment drives him to ensure that our work not only meets the needs of our clients but also fosters a sense of pride and reliability within our community.
